本日、令和8年9月1日。

相談支援事業所Luana筑紫野が開所しました。

ここまで開所に向けて準備を進めてきましたが、今日という日を迎えると、嬉しさと同時に、これから始まる新しい挑戦への責任を強く感じています。

相談支援という仕事は、利用者さんやご家族の「これからどうしたらいいんだろう」という想いに寄り添い、その人らしい生活や未来を一緒に考えていく仕事です。

だからこそ、Luana筑紫野では、単にサービスをつなぐだけではなく、一人ひとりの人生にしっかりと向き合える相談支援を大切にしていきたいと思っています。

そして今回の開所にあたり、僕が大切にしたいことがあります。

それは、管理者としっかりとタッグを組むこと。

新しい事業所をつくるのは、社長一人の力ではできません。

経営として僕が責任を持つ部分と、現場を支える管理者の力。

それぞれの役割をしっかり果たしながら、同じ方向を向いて、「Luana筑紫野を地域に必要とされる事業所にする」という目標に向かって、一緒に走っていきたいと思っています。

「社長と管理者」という関係ではなく、同じチームの仲間として、しっかりとタッグを組む。

悩むことも、迷うことも、壁にぶつかることもあると思います。

そんな時こそ、一人で抱え込まず、しっかり話し合い、考え、支え合う。

そんなチームをつくっていきたいと思っています。

そして、今回の事業所名である「Luana」にも、僕が大切にしたい想いが込められています。

Luanaという名前には「満月」という意味があります。

そして、
「リラックスする」
「くつろぐ」
「満足する」
「みんなで楽しむ」
という意味も込められています。

相談支援事業所という場所も、利用者さんやご家族にとって、安心して話すことができ、少し肩の力を抜いて、これからのことを一緒に考えられる場所でありたい。

満月のように、そこにあるだけで安心できる存在。導き出せる存在。

そして、一人で頑張るのではなく、みんなで支え合い、みんなで喜び、みんなで未来をつくっていく。

そんな事業所にしていきたいと思っています。

そして、相談支援を担うLuana。

REHANOWAとして、地域の中でより幅広く、切れ目のない支援を届けられる体制を少しずつ築いていきたい。

もちろん、今日が完成ではありません。

今日がスタートです。

これからたくさんの方と出会い、たくさんの経験を積み、時には失敗もしながら、Luana筑紫野を成長させていきたいと思います。

管理者としっかりタッグを組み、スタッフと力を合わせ、地域の皆さまから、

「Luanaがあってよかった」

そう思っていただける事業所をつくっていきます。

満月のように、地域をやさしく照らす存在へ。

A New Chapter Begins — Luana Chikushino Is Now Open

Today, September 1, 2026, marks a special day for us.

Luana Chikushino, our new consultation support office, officially opens its doors today.

There is excitement, of course.

But more than anything, I feel a deep sense of responsibility.

Starting something new is never just about opening a door or launching a new service. It is about creating a place where people can feel heard, understood, and supported as they navigate their lives and their future.

That is the kind of place we want Luana Chikushino to become.

We don’t want to simply connect people to services.

We want to connect people to people.

We want to listen carefully to each individual and each family, understand what truly matters to them, and work together to create a future that feels right for them.

And as we begin this new chapter, there is something I personally believe is especially important:

The partnership between our manager and myself.

Building a new organization is never something a CEO can do alone.

I have my responsibilities as a leader, while our manager brings a different perspective, experience, and understanding from the field.

We may have different roles, but we share the same destination.

So I want us to work side by side, challenge each other, support each other, and keep moving forward as one team.

Not simply as a CEO and a manager.

But as partners building something meaningful together.

There will undoubtedly be difficult days.

There will be moments when we disagree, moments when we are unsure, and moments when we have to stop and rethink our direction.

But I believe that is part of building something real.

What matters is that we keep talking, keep listening, and keep moving forward together.

The meaning behind “Luana”

The name Luana carries a beautiful image for us.

It means “full moon,” and it is also associated with ideas such as:

relaxing,
feeling at ease,
being satisfied,
and enjoying life together.

That is exactly the kind of place we hope to create.

A place where people can take a breath.

A place where they can relax their shoulders and speak openly.

A place where they can feel safe enough to think about tomorrow.

Like the full moon quietly lighting up the night, we want Luana to be a presence that brings a little more comfort and reassurance to the community.

And we don’t want anyone to feel that they have to face everything alone.

We believe in supporting one another, celebrating together, and creating the future together.

That is the spirit we want to put into Luana.

This is only the beginning.

Moana provides visiting nursing and rehabilitation services.

Luana provides consultation support.

Together, they represent another step forward for REHANOWA — our vision of creating a community where people can receive the support they need, when they need it, without feeling disconnected along the way.

But today is not the finish line.

Today is the starting line.

We will learn.

We will make mistakes.

We will face challenges.

And we will grow.

One person at a time.

One family at a time.

One relationship at a time.

I am excited to see what we can build together.

With our manager.

With our team.

With the people and families we have the privilege of supporting.

And with the community around us.

Luana Chikushino is officially open.

A new chapter has begun.

May we become a little like the full moon —

quietly shining, bringing comfort, and reminding people that they are never alone.

This is just the beginning.
