このたび、令和8年9月1日に相談支援事業所Luana筑紫野を開所する運びとなりました。
これまで久留米を拠点に、訪問看護やリハビリテーションを通じて多くの方々と関わらせていただく中で、「相談支援の充実」の必要性を強く感じてきました。
そして今回、心強い仲間として主任相談支援専門員が加わり、新たなスタートを切ることとなりました。
相談支援は、利用者様やご家族の思いを受け止め、必要なサービスや関係機関をつなぐ大切な役割があります。一人ひとりの生活や将来に寄り添いながら、その人らしい暮らしを支えていく仕事です。
僕たちが大切にしているのは、「サービスを紹介すること」ではなく「その人の人生に伴走すること」。
困りごとや不安を抱えた時に気軽に相談できる場所でありたい。
そして、地域の事業所や関係機関と連携しながら、より良い支援体制を築いていきたいと考えています。
筑紫野という地域での挑戦になりますが、地域の皆さまとのご縁を大切にしながら、一歩ずつ信頼を積み重ねていきたいと思います。

A New Chapter Begins: Opening Luana Chikushino
We are delighted to announce that Luana Chikushino Consultation Support Office will officially open on September 1, 2026.
Over the years, through our home nursing and rehabilitation services in Kurume, we have had the privilege of supporting many individuals and their families. Those experiences have continually reminded us of one important truth: quality consultation support is essential for helping people live the lives they truly want.
Today, we are excited to take the next step.
With the addition of an experienced Chief Consultation Support Specialist to our team, we are ready to begin this new journey together.
For us, consultation support is about far more than connecting people with available services. It is about listening with compassion, understanding each person’s hopes and challenges, and walking alongside them as they build the future they envision.
Our mission is simple:
We don’t just introduce services—we stand beside people throughout their journey.
We want Luana Chikushino to be a place where individuals and families feel comfortable reaching out, whether they are facing uncertainty, searching for guidance, or simply looking for someone who will truly listen.
By working closely with local healthcare providers, welfare organizations, and community partners, we hope to create a stronger, more connected support network throughout the Chikushino area.
Starting something new in a new community is both exciting and humbling. We know that trust is earned one relationship at a time, and we are committed to growing together with the people and organizations who make this community so special.
As we officially open our doors on September 1, 2026, we sincerely look forward to meeting you, supporting you, and becoming a trusted part of your community.
