このたび、第31回日本在宅ケア学会学術集会に演題が採択され、発表させていただくことになりました。
第31回日本在宅ケア学会学術集会は「在宅ケアの核心と革新 ～本質を問い、誠実な歩みを進める～」をテーマに、2026年11月7日・8日に香川県で開催される全国規模の学術集会です。全国の在宅ケアに携わる専門職が集まり、それぞれの実践や研究成果を共有する貴重な場となっています。
僕たち株式会社REHANOWAでは、日々の訪問看護・訪問リハビリ・相談支援を通して、「その人らしい暮らしを支えること」を大切にしています。
現場で利用者様やご家族と向き合いながら積み重ねてきた経験を、学会という場で発表できることを大変光栄に思います！！（今回は症例報告です。）
学術発表というと難しく聞こえるかもしれませんが、僕が伝えたいのは、特別なことではありません。
地域で生活される利用者様一人ひとりと真剣に向き合い、スタッフみんなで考え、試行錯誤しながら支援を続けてきた「現場の実践」をお伝えします。
その経験が全国の在宅ケアに携わる方々の参考となり、また僕自身も多くの学びを持ち帰る機会になればと考えています。
これから発表に向けて準備を進めていきます。
当日は緊張すると思いますが、REHANOWAらしく、現場で培った経験や想いをしっかり届けてきます。
これからも学び続け、地域の皆様へより良い在宅ケアを提供できるよう、スタッフ一同成長してまいります。

The Importance of Sharing What We Learn
I am honored to share that our abstract has been accepted for presentation at the 31st Annual Meeting of the Japan Academy of Home Care.
This nationwide conference, held in Kagawa on November 7–8, 2026, brings together healthcare professionals from across Japan under the theme:
“The Core and Innovation of Home Care – Exploring the Essence and Moving Forward with Integrity.”
It is a valuable opportunity for professionals involved in home care to exchange research, clinical experiences, and innovative ideas that contribute to improving the quality of care.
At REHANOWA Inc., our mission has always been simple:
To support each individual in living the life they choose, in the place they call home.
Through our daily work in home nursing, home rehabilitation, and care management, we have learned countless lessons from the people we serve and their families.
This year, we have the privilege of presenting one of those experiences as a clinical case report.
Academic presentations can sometimes sound intimidating, but what we hope to share is not something extraordinary.
Rather, it is the story of everyday practice—professionals working together, listening carefully, solving problems, and continually adapting our care to meet the unique needs of each person.
We believe these real-world experiences are just as valuable as scientific evidence because they reflect the realities of community-based healthcare.
We hope our presentation will provide useful insights for fellow home care professionals while also giving us the opportunity to learn from experts and colleagues across the country.
Over the coming months, we will continue preparing for the conference.
Although I will certainly be nervous when standing at the podium, I look forward to sharing the passion, experience, and values that define REHANOWA.
Learning never stops.
