本日、株式会社REHANOWAにとって
ひとつの大きな節目の日を迎えました。

相談支援事業所Luanaは、
無事に1周年を迎えることができました㊗️✨

この1年、決して順風満帆だったわけではありません。
試行錯誤の連続で、悩むことも多く、
「これでいいのか」と立ち止まることもありました。

それでも、目の前の利用者さんに向き合い続ける中で、
少しずつ信頼を積み重ね、地域とのつながりが広がってきた実感があります。

そして本日、

新たにオープンしました‼

この一歩もまた、簡単に踏み出せたものではありません。

新たな地域で挑戦するということ。
ゼロから地域で関係性を築いていくこと。
責任もプレッシャーも大きいですが、
それ以上に「やる意味」があると信じています。

「退院後も安心して生活できる環境をつくりたい」
「通院が難しい方にも、質の高いリハビリを届けたい」

そんな想いを、形にしたのが今回のスタートです。

ここまで来ることができたのは、
日頃から関わってくださっている皆さまのおかげです。
心から感謝申し上げます。

そして何より、スタッフのみんなへ。

日々、利用者さん一人ひとりと真剣に向き合い、
時には悩み、葛藤しながらも、
考え続け、行動し続けてくれていること。

その一つひとつの積み重ねが、
今のREHANOWAをつくっています。

「任せる」という言葉の裏には、信頼があります。
でも同時に、それは決して“放任”ではなく、
同じ方向を向いて進んでいるからこそ成り立つものだと感じています。

簡単な道ではない中でも、
同じビジョンを共有し、前に進んでくれていること。
本当に、ありがとうございます。

株式会社REHANOWAは、
また一歩、前に進みました。

ただ、これはゴールではなく、
あくまで通過点です。

これから先も、きっと課題は出てきます。
うまくいかないこともあると思います。

それでも、
「人」に向き合うという軸だけはぶらさずに、

一歩一歩、着実に、
前に進み続けていきます。

関わるすべての方にとって、
意味のある存在であり続けられるように。

A Milestone Worth Celebrating

May 1, 2026 marks a truly special day for all of us at REHANOWA Inc.

Today, we are proud to celebrate the first anniversary of Luana, our consultation support office. 🎉

Looking back over the past year, the journey has been anything but easy.

There were countless challenges, moments of uncertainty, and times when we questioned whether we were making the right decisions. Building a new service from the ground up required patience, persistence, and an unwavering commitment to the people we serve.

Yet, by continuing to stand beside every individual and family, we have gradually earned trust and strengthened our connections within the local community. Those relationships have become the foundation of everything we do.

Today also marks another exciting beginning.

A New Chapter Begins

We are thrilled to announce the opening of Moana Chikushino, our new home-visit nursing and rehabilitation station.

Launching services in a new community is never simple. It means starting from zero, building relationships one step at a time, and accepting the responsibility that comes with providing healthcare close to people’s homes.

But we believe this challenge has a meaningful purpose.

Our vision is simple:

• To help people continue living safely and comfortably after leaving the hospital.
• To provide high-quality rehabilitation for those who have difficulty traveling to medical facilities.
• To support individuals so they can continue living in the place they call home.

This new office represents our commitment to making that vision a reality.

None of this would have been possible without the incredible support of our patients, families, healthcare partners, and everyone who has believed in our mission.

Today’s achievements are not the finish line.

They are simply another milestone on a much longer journey.

There will undoubtedly be new challenges ahead. There will be obstacles, setbacks, and moments that test us.
