今月も、弊社を選んでいただき、たくさんの新規ご依頼・ご相談をいただいています。
本当にありがとうございます！
数ある事業所の中から僕たちを選んでいただけること、そして大切な利用者さんの支援を任せていただけること。とてもありがたいことだと感じています。
一方で、利用者さんが増えるということは、それだけ業務も増えるということ。
管理者をはじめ、主任などの役職者、そして最前線で利用者さんと向き合うプレイヤー。それぞれの立場で、負担や疲労も少しずつ積み重なっているのではないかと思います。
管理者は事業所全体を考え、主任にはチームを支える大変さがあり、現場のプレイヤーには目の前の利用者さんと真剣に向き合う大変さがある。
立場は違っても、みんなそれぞれ頑張ってくれています。
いつも本当にお疲れさまです。
忙しい毎日の中で、利用者さんのことを考え、スタッフと連携し、日々の支援を積み重ねてくれていることに感謝しています。
会社として成長していくことは大切です。
地域から必要とされ、頼っていただけることは本当にうれしいことです。
でも、利用者さんが増えれば増えるほど、スタッフへの負担も大きくなっていく。ここは経営者として、しっかり考えていかなければいけない部分だと思っています。
頑張ってくれているからこそ、無理を当たり前にしたくない。
誰か一人が抱え込むのではなく、困ったときには相談する。声をあげる。そして、大変なときには周りが支える。そんなチームでありたいと思っています。
今は、もしかすると踏ん張り時なのかもしれません。
ただ、踏ん張ることと、無理をし続けることは違います。
目の前の課題を一つずつクリアしながら、みんなで少しずつ前に進んでいきましょう！
そして、僕自身も、みんなが安心して働ける環境をつくるために、まだまだ頑張らなければいけません。
一人ひとりの頑張りが、今のREHANOWAをつくっています。

A Time to Push Through
First of all, thank you.
This month, we’ve received so many new referrals and inquiries from people who have chosen REHANOWA. We’re truly grateful for the trust our community continues to place in us.
Being chosen among so many providers is never something we take for granted. Every referral is an opportunity to make a difference in someone’s life, and that means a lot to us.
But as the number of people we support grows, so does the workload.
Our managers, team leaders, and frontline professionals each carry their own responsibilities and challenges. Behind every visit, every coordination, and every decision, there are people working hard to make things happen.
Managers have their own challenges. Team leaders work hard to support their teams. And our frontline staff continue to give their best to the people they care for.
Different roles, different responsibilities — but everyone is doing their part.
To our entire team, thank you for everything you do.
I know how much effort goes into supporting our users every single day. I also know that even the people who always seem strong can feel tired sometimes.
As a company, we want to keep growing. We want to be a team that our community can rely on, and we want to reach more people who need our support.
But growth should never come at the cost of our people.
The more people we support, the more important it becomes to look after the people providing that support.
I don’t want hard work to become something we simply take for granted. I want us to be a team where we can ask for help, speak up when things get difficult, and support one another when the pressure builds.
Maybe this is one of those moments when we need to dig deep and push forward.
But there’s a difference between pushing through a challenge and pushing ourselves too far.
Let’s take things one step at a time, solve problems together, and keep moving forward at a pace we can sustain.
As the president, I also have a responsibility to create an environment where everyone can work with confidence and feel supported. There is still plenty for me to do, and I’ll keep working on it.
REHANOWA is built by every single person on this team.
