株式会社REHANOWAは、法人設立から丸3年を迎えました。
振り返れば、あっという間の3年間。
もちろん、楽しいことばかりではなく、悩んだり、考えたり、壁にぶつかったりすることもありました。
それでも、こうして3年目を迎えられたのは、日々現場で頑張ってくれているスタッフ一人ひとりのおかげだと思います。
利用者様やご家族のために、日々考え、行動してくれるスタッフ。
忙しい中でも、仲間と協力しながら支え合ってくれるスタッフ。
それぞれの立場で、自分にできることを一生懸命に取り組んでくれるスタッフ。
本当にありがとうございます。
社長という立場ではありますが、会社は決して一人ではつくれません。
看護師、リハビリスタッフ、相談支援専門員、そして事務スタッフ。それぞれの役割があって、REHANOWAというチームが成り立っています。
僕が大切にしたいのは、「人を大切にし、人と人とのつながりを大切にできる会社」であることです。
利用者様に「REHANOWAにお願いしてよかった」と思っていただけること。
そして、スタッフにも「ここで働いてよかった」と思ってもらえること。
そんな会社を、これからもみんなと一緒につくっていきたいと思っています。
まだまだ発展途上の会社です。
これから新しい挑戦もあれば、乗り越えなければならない壁もあると思います。
でも、一人で抱え込むのではなく、みんなで考え、みんなで支え合いながら、一歩ずつ前に進んでいきたい。
主役は、現場で頑張ってくれているプレイヤー一人ひとりです。
4年目もREHANOWAらしく、焦らず、でも着実に。
関わってくださるすべての方への感謝を忘れず、地域に必要とされる法人を目指していきます。

Three Years of REHANOWA — And We’re Just Getting Started
Three years.
It’s hard to believe how quickly time has flown since we established REHANOWA.
Looking back, the journey hasn’t always been easy. There have been challenges, difficult decisions, lessons learned, and moments that made us stop and think. But through it all, we’ve continued to move forward, one step at a time.
And none of this would have been possible without our amazing team.
To every nurse, rehabilitation professional, consultation support specialist, and administrative staff member — thank you for everything you do.
Thank you for showing up every day, supporting our clients and their families, helping one another, and giving your best even on the busiest days.
A company is never built by one person alone. It takes a team of people who care, who trust one another, and who share a common purpose.
At REHANOWA, we want to be more than just a company that provides services. We want to be a place where people feel valued, where teamwork matters, and where everyone can be proud of the work they do.
Our goal is simple:
To make our clients and their families feel glad they chose REHANOWA.
And to create a workplace where our staff can say, “I’m glad I’m part of this team.”
We still have plenty to learn and many challenges ahead. But that’s part of the journey.
