On Using AI

AI has become a part of our everyday lives.

To be honest, I use AI myself quite often.

When I need to organize my thoughts.
When I’m looking for ideas.
When I’m preparing documents.
Or simply when I think,
“Is there a better way to do this?”

And every time I use it, I realize just how useful it can be.

That’s why, at REHANOWA, we want to actively use AI wherever it makes sense.

There is nothing wrong with using technology to make our work more efficient.

In fact, if AI can save us time, that gives us more time to focus on the things that truly require people.

But there is something I believe we should never forget.

There will always be moments when human power is needed.

Noticing a small change in someone’s facial expression.

Hearing something different in a person’s voice.

Feeling that something is not quite right, even when the words sound normal.

Sitting beside someone who is anxious.

Talking with a colleague, struggling together, thinking together, and finding an answer together.

These are the things that cannot simply be handed over to AI.

Especially in healthcare, nursing, rehabilitation, and welfare, there are so many things that only people can do.

So I don’t think the question is:

“Should we use AI or not?”

The real question is:

“What should we let AI do, and what should people do?”

That ability to tell the difference will become more and more important.

Use AI when it makes sense.

But when a situation requires human connection, human judgment, or simply being there for someone—

people need to be there.

I don’t want REHANOWA to be a company that rejects AI because “people are important.”

And I also don’t want us to become a company that lets AI do everything sim
