いよいよ、開所まで残り13日となりました。
「相談支援事業所Luana筑紫野」。
6月頃から、採用をはじめ、指定申請、事業所の準備、詳細の打ち合わせなど、少しずつ準備を進めてきました。
振り返ってみると、あっという間の数か月。
一つひとつの準備を進める中で、「また新しい挑戦が始まるんだな」と日に日に実感が大きくなっています。
相談支援という仕事は、利用者さんやご家族の「これから」を一緒に考え、その人らしい生活を支えていく大切な仕事です。
訪問看護や訪問リハビリとはまた違った視点から、地域の中で必要とされる支援を届けていきたいと思っています。
そして今回の挑戦で何より大切にしたいのが、管理者とのタッグです。
一人でできることには限界があります。
だからこそ、相談支援事業所Luana筑紫野の管理者としっかりとコミュニケーションを取りながら、それぞれの強みを活かし、一緒に事業所をつくっていきたいと思っています。

そう思っていただける事業所を目指して。
筑紫野市、地域の皆さまから信頼され、必要とされる相談支援事業所になれるよう、一歩ずつ前へ進んでいきます。

13 Days to Go — Luana Chikushino Is Almost Here!
Only 13 days to go until the opening of Luana Chikushino Consultation Support Office.
Since around June, we’ve been working behind the scenes to make this new challenge a reality — from recruiting our team and preparing the application for official designation, to taking care of all the little details needed to get the office ready.
Looking back, these past few months have gone by incredibly fast.
Step by step, everything is coming together.
And now, I can finally feel it.
A new chapter is about to begin.
Consultation support is more than simply connecting people with services.
It’s about listening carefully, understanding each person’s life, and thinking together about what comes next.
That’s the kind of support we want to provide at Luana Chikushino.
And I believe one of the most important keys to making this happen is having the right people working together.
I’m looking forward to working closely with our office manager, building a strong partnership, sharing ideas, and creating this new office together.
Our goal is simple:
To become a place where people can say, “I’m glad I came here.”
A place that is trusted by the local community.
A place that truly supports people and their families.
There is still a lot to do before opening day, but honestly, that’s part of the excitement.
