先日、久留米にあるメキシコ料理のお店「エルドラド」にて、飲み会をしました🍻🌮
今回ご一緒したのは、プライベートでも仲良くさせていただいている嘉村さん、豊福さん。
そして、訪問看護を経営されている大内田さん、フリースクールを経営されている牛嶋さんにも来ていただきました。
それぞれ違う分野で仕事をしているからこそ、話す内容も本当に面白い。
それぞれの仕事の現状について話したり、これまでの経験を振り返ったり、そしてこれからのことについて語ったり。
気がつけば話はどんどん広がり、めちゃくちゃ盛り上がりました🔥
同じ地域で、それぞれの分野で頑張っている方々の話を聞くと、本当に刺激をもらいます。
「そんな考え方があるんだ」
「それ面白いな」
「自分ももっと頑張らないと」
そんなことを感じながら、楽しくお酒を飲み、たくさん笑った夜でした。
仕事の話だけではなく、プライベートな話も交えながら、終始楽しい雰囲気。
こうやって仕事や立場を越えて、ざっくばらんに話せる仲間がいることは、本当にありがたいことだなと思います。
経営をしていると、どうしても自分の会社や自分の業界の中だけで物事を考えてしまいがちです。
だからこそ、違う分野で頑張っている方々と話すことで、新しい視点や考え方に触れることができます。
そして何より、
「人とのご縁って、本当に大切だな」
と改めて感じました。
今回も、とても良き時間となりました。

An Evening of Great Conversations and New Perspectives
The other day, I had the pleasure of spending a wonderful evening with some great people at El Dorado, a Mexican restaurant in Kurume.
I was joined by Kamura-san and Toyofuku-san, who I’m also close with outside of work.
We were also joined by Ouchiida-san, who runs a home-visit nursing business, and Ushijima-san, who runs a free school.
What made the evening especially enjoyable was that each of us works in a different field.
We talked about where we are today, the challenges we are facing, and, of course, what we want to achieve in the future.
The conversation just kept going.
Before we knew it, we were laughing, sharing ideas, talking about business, and getting excited about what lies ahead.
It was one of those evenings where you realize how valuable it is to connect with people outside your own industry.
Running a business can sometimes mean spending most of your time thinking about your own company, your own team, and your own challenges.
That’s why conversations like this are so important.
Hearing different perspectives gives me new ideas.
It reminds me that there are so many different ways to approach work, leadership, and the future.
And honestly, it was just a lot of fun.
Good food.
Good drinks.
Great people.
And plenty of laughter.
I’m truly grateful for these connections and for the opportunity to share such a meaningful and enjoyable evening together.
