先日、「てっぺん会」を開催しました！
今回は、弊社の高田君が幹事を担当。
会場の手配から当日の準備、参加者への連絡まで、本当に細かいところまでしっかり動いてくれて、無事に開催することができました。準備期間中も大変だったと思いますが、最後まで責任を持って全うしてくれたことに感謝しています。
今回は総勢41名の方々にご参加いただき、とても活気のある会になりました！
普段からちょくちょくお会いしている方々とは、近況報告をしながら改めて刺激をいただき、初めてお会いする方々とは、新しい考え方や取り組みを聞くことができ、とても勉強になる時間でした。
やはり、実際に人と会って話をすることで得られるものは大きいですね。
業種や立場が違っていても、「もっと良くしたい」「地域のために頑張りたい」という想いを持った方々と交流すると、自分自身も自然とエネルギーをもらえます。
こういう“横のつながり”を大切にしながら、僕たちも日々成長していきたいと思います。

We Hosted Another “TeppeN-Kai” Networking Event!
A few days ago, we had the pleasure of hosting another TeppeN-Kai, a networking event that brings together people from different industries who share a passion for growth, leadership, and making a positive impact in their communities.
This time, the event was organized by one of our team members, Takada. From securing the venue and coordinating participants to preparing everything behind the scenes, he handled every detail with great care and responsibility. Organizing an event like this is never easy, and I truly appreciate the dedication he showed from start to finish.
We were delighted to welcome 41 participants, making it one of our most energetic gatherings yet.
It was wonderful to reconnect with familiar faces, catch up on each other’s journeys, and exchange ideas. At the same time, meeting new people introduced us to fresh perspectives, innovative approaches, and inspiring stories that challenged us to think differently.
Events like this remind me that nothing can replace the value of face-to-face conversations. No matter our profession or position, people who share the desire to improve, support others, and contribute to their local communities have the power to inspire one another.
Building these meaningful connections is something we truly value. By learning from each other and growing together, we believe we can create an even stronger community and provide greater value through our work.
